Estimates

In order to organize interpreting services, it is important for us to know some factors: the place where the interpreters are needed, the language(s), the program of the event, the topics that will be discussed, the availability of abstracts, reports, power point presentations and other documents, etc. 
Once all these and other elements are examined, a detailed estimate can be made.
Hence, please feel free to contact our office so as to establish the number of interpreters that will be needed, as well as all the best technical and professional solutions.
Estimates can also be requested by fax or e-mail, provided that all the above-mentioned elements are specified.   

Professional fees

The following figures refer to the daily fee for one interpreter performing the service specified in the left column.

(Exclusive of Value Added Tax and obligatory Social Security contribution, if applicable)

In order to hire the interpreter(s), an agreement* must be completed, signed and sent us by fax or mail at least 20 days prior to the first day of the event. Any other document similar to the one that you can download from our website will be accepted, provided that the work conditions and terms of payment are set forth. * The password for opening the file will be given to the client once the terms of service have been agreed upon
