Besides providing high quality standards, Studio MdF is
committed in meeting the following criteria:

PRIVACY: |
Documents submitted to us are considered strictly confidential. Hence, utmost attention is dedicated to not disclose the information contained in them. Furthermore, all precautions are taken in order to maintain the client's privacy. None of such information will be made available to parties not directly involved in the translation process.

SAFETY: |
All of
our computers are protected by regularly updated antivirus software.

SOURCE
LIMITATION: |
No document will
be accepted for translation if containing illicit information or not complying with
the law
. |
Documents to be translated can be given to us according to the following modalities:

The translation process will start
upon one of the
following conditions:
· Down payment equal to 25% of the estimate when documents are delivered to our office
·
Bank transfer equal to 50% of the estimate, if documents are sent by e-mail
or regular mail
· Contract specifying terms
and conditions of work and payment
The original invoice can be withdrawn at our office. If payment is made by bank transfer, the invoice will be sent by regular mail.
